Employment situations

Sometimes an issue with an employee or workplace situation arises where you need external assistance to reduce any bias, get an external opinion or just generally resolve the issue with different input. Employment issues that drag on can be costly, time consuming, and damaging to the firm.  We can assist by giving advice in person or on the phone and attending any required meetings. Types of issues may include; disciplinaries, grievances, bullying, performance management, staff disputes and discrimination issues.


If your firm needs some extra assistance in writing job descriptions, short listing potential candidates, writing interview questions or even interviewing and setting assessment tests, then we are more than happy to be of assistance.


Our favourite project! We like a challenge and if there is an issue arising in your workplace, in partnership with your firm we can work out the best way to get to the root of the problems, conduct staff assessments/opinions and work through the issues to assist the company to provide the solutions to the problems.

Management and career coaching

Sometimes difficult staffing or work issues arise and after the fallout you may find that your management or a member of staff needs some extra support and guidance to work though their issues. We believe that an honest coaching session can set people on the right path to overcoming workplace issues and get them back on track, motivated and ready to face future challenges.  We can provide one to one assistance with managers, staff or even your HR staff that may need improvement and guidance.

Training solutions:  design and delivery of courses.

We have a range of affordable, straightforward but fun courses that your employees can attend to bring them up to speed with legislation, best practice and how to do things right employment-wise.

We can tailor the courses to full day, part day, or even bite size lunch sessions, as required, and we can discuss a range of different ways to keep the training costs down and your Finance Director happy!
