Difficult employment situations; Disciplinaries, Grievances, Performance management, Redundancy, Restructuring etc.

Despite the wealth of employment legislation in the UK, and the fact that we have become litigious as a nation, it hasn’t stopped difficult employment issues arising in the workplace. Maybe you have found yourself in a grievance, complaint, bullying complaint, performance management situation, or worse still a disciplinary? You may have been overlooked for promotion, or feel like you have been treated unfairly in the workplace. You may have been placed at risk of redundancy or maybe you are a returning mum from maternity leave wanting to go part-time and facing some resistance from your manager. We can help you to resolve your situation to a stage that you will be content with.

Your HR team may act like they are on your side but they will always hold the business interests first and foremost. We did when we were in that role!  If you need some impartial advice to honestly appraise your situation, then look no further. We will tell you how it is, tell you how best to deal with this situation and guide you through.

We can assist you with:

  • redundancy and redeployment issues
  • disciplinaries
  • grievances
  • performance management, performance review and capability issues
  • promotion, demotion and appraisal issues
  • Discrimination and equality issues
  • harassment and bullying issues

If your issue is not listed, contact us anyway!!
We charge depending on the nature of the work and the time spent on each individual case, and you will be advised of this prior to any consultation taking place. CircumHR will always try and estimate how much time may be required for each individuals case.  We believe that most cases will come within the remit of 2 to 3  hours. All time spent on a clients case is logged and the client is kept abreast of the time being spent on their case. An  hours’ consultation may take place over a  number of phonecalls or emails.

We can get you in the right frame of mind to give it your best shot, helping you with your CV, job hunting, applications, and interview preparation. We will appraise your situation and be honest about where you may be going wrong, and assist you up to and including the interview stages, salary negotiation and contract signing stage.

We can assist you with:

  • salary negotiations.

All time spent on this will be agreed in advance depending on the scale of the task. We aim to equip you with professional job searching skills to enable you to become an expert and continue the process for yourself in the future. Additional hours may be negotiated and priced in agreement with the individual. The hours consultation may take place over a number of phonecalls or skype calls and you don’t have just one set allocated time in which to discuss your job hunting.
